Originally kebabs consist of ground meat typically cooked in a skewer over open fire. But sometimes kebabs may consist of vegetables and other accompaniment. Bread kebab is an easy snack recipe, that can be served with tea in a rainy day. You can use leftover bread to make this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
- 6 bread slices
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 finely chopped green chillies
- 1/2 inch minced ginger
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
METHOD:
- Take the bread slices. Soak in water and squeeze out the water.
- In a large bowl take all the ingredients except oil and make a firm dough.
- Shape the bread mixture.
- Use small skewers. Here I'm using tooth pics.
- Heat oil in a pan. Now fry each bread kebab in shallow oil until brown on each side.
- Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
