INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter or vfegetable oil
- 1/2 cup custard powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp tutti frutti
METHOD:
- In a large bowl beat eggs.
- Add unsalted butter or vegetable oil. Mix well.
- Add maida, baking powder, powdered sugar and custard powder. Mix everything well to make a lump free batter.
- Add tutti frutti and mix well.
- Grease oil or butter in a cake pan.
- Pour the batter in the pan.
- In a preheated oven, bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
